Habit is a strength and conditioning gym located in Tacoma, WA that focuses on small group workouts. (Think personal training but in a small group). All of our classes are led by a certified coach who explains the workout, and prioritizes form and technique to ensure that you get the most out of your workouts. Pricing for membership reflects the individual time and knowledge of our coaches and also helps to keep you fully invested in yourself and your goals.
